Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Used, opened, or damaged merchandise is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Inspection & Notification:
Buyers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us right away with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

How to Request a Return:
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team at mcknalleywellness@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (minus any applicable fees) within 3–5 business days.
